ADP is an online payroll service that is easy to review. With the pros and cons balanced heavily in favor of the pros side when looking at the company’s offerings, ADP should make a good fit for most companies. The company offers a greatly scalable online payroll service which means that it can work for almost any company. From small organizations to huge corporations, ADP is set up to be able to handle the volume of work, no matter the size of your organization.

  • Works with over 500,000 businesses
  • 3 month free trials
  • Payroll, Tax, and HR Solutions
  • Time & Attendance

ADP also offers tax services in combination with the online payroll service, helping to save you the effort of needlessly juggling your numbers between multiple providers. The cost for simple payroll services can be as low as $19.99 per month for a 10 employee organization, although you will have to pay a small setup fee in order to get started.

Customer service at ADP has both pros and cons as well. The good news is that the company has a solid reputation for going above and beyond in order to make sure that their customers are always satisfied. The downside for American customers is that the customer service operation is located primarily overseas. While this doesn’t directly affect the level of support offered, it does cause communication difficulties at times.

From recruitment to retirement, there’s a lot that goes into managing your people. With ADP, you get comprehensive, cloud-based solutions to keep things streamlined, accessible, and easy to manage. And you’ll work with industry experts every step of the way.

Whether you’re a small business on Main Street or a global enterprise, ADP's leading solutions and expert guidance help you stay compliant, reduce costs, and develop HR strategies that align with your business goals.

Consumer Reviews:

“I had to contact ADP regarding a problem from the past. We didn't realize that when we terminated their services (we had let our one employee go) that we were going to be responsible for the fourth quarter DE6 and the DE7. The person that assisted me (Valerie) located the payroll for that quarter and faxed it to me. I am very happy and if we ever need services again, I will contact them.” – Anne H.
