Most of this customization is via settings changes or slight alterations on the back end. The support team is very helpful and responsive. They are quick to reply to emails and easily accessible on the phone. Fuse Workforce Management Review (formerly ProPayroll):
When you compare Fuse to other online payroll services available currently, their low monthly cost should certainly be appealing to most. Not only that, but for a lower cost you get support that is equivalent or better to what you might find at higher priced companies. When it comes to value, Fuse is one of the best in the business.
One of the upsides of the Fuse service is that the support team is widely available and very quick to take action on customer inquiries. They’re also happy to help you find ways to adjust the specific settings in their system in order to get set up with an online payroll service that works for you in the way you need it to every pay period.
However, there are a few cons to consider when considering Fuse. Primarily, their user interface is not as straight forward as some of the other options that you might compare it to. However, the aforementioned excellent customer service team is more than willing to help people manage the move to their platform, and will help you if there are any aspects of the interface that are not immediately clear. In addition, they offer several other services useful for most businesses, including HR management software.
