Paychex (585) 385-6666 911 Panorama Trail S. Rochester, NY 14625 www.paychex.com | The Good: Paychex has a very easy to understand data-entry template and it is easy to add line items and multiple streams of income, which make it easy for the check-recipients to understand what they are getting paid on and understand the breakdown of each check. The Bad: Customer service can be a bit slow and because they offer multiple services, the process can get a bit confusing. | Top 10 Best Rated: Intuit (Quickbooks) ADP PAYFICIENCY Fuse Workforce Management (formerly ProPayroll) IOIPay Gusto (formerly ZenPayroll) Paychex BenefitMall SurePayroll APS Back to Online Payroll Service Reviews |
Paychex Review:
When you compare Paychex to some of its competitors, it can seem at first glance like it is one of the pricier online payroll services on the market. However, that money is going towards a service that has an outstanding reputation – especially where customer service is concerned. When individual clients review the customer service offered by Paychex, the consensus is that the company is one of the best in the business at making sure their customers are always happy. The only downside of the customer service offered by the company is that the workers are servicing a wide range of products, not just the online payroll service. As such, getting through to the right person who is ready to address your issue can sometimes be a bit difficult. However, once you manage this, the response is usually above-par in terms of customer happiness with the resolution.
Ease of use is another area where Paychex is known to excel. If your payroll is slightly more complicated than the bare bones scenarios seen at some organizations, Paychex makes it easy to craft detailed payments with multiple income sources. What’s more, they also create high quality, easy to understand documentation so that your team has no problem understanding where each figure on their check is being drawn from.
Paychex, Inc. is a payroll, human resource, and benefits outsourcing company that has a steadfast commitment to success and a record of achievement that continues a tradition of delivering excellence. Consumer Reviews:
“Having used several different payroll solutions, including several different ADP offerings, I feel that Paychex is a far superior product and that the company offered far superior customer service. Paychex is designed so that you are able to use the software as-is, or customize it to get exactly what you need. Their implementation process was fantastic and virtually painless in stark contrast to ADP.” – Cheryl G.
