It comes with a highly sophisticated IP-PBX and offers extensive support for mobile devices. The Bad: Unfortunately the interface takes some getting used to and can become un-manageable after approx. 10 users. “Love love love RingCentral! The most feature rich voip service period! It takes some investment in time to configure exactly right, but the payoff is totally worth it. I've never had a problem getting through to live help unlike others and unlike many other tech support desks these guys actually know what they're doing, they have the answers and the workarounds. I run my entire medical practice with them, we have desk phones, iPads, iPhone apps, pc soft phones depending on preference. changes easily made on the fly for call handling, message delivery, prompts, hours etc. The price has gone up a little this year, but for $150 a month I don't have any other telecom bills besides my 100mb/s broadband connection.
