Intuit Review (Quickbooks):
Intuit started small in 1983 with Quicken personal finance software.
When it comes to finding an online payroll service for your business, you would be doing yourself a disservice if you didn’t at least consider Intuit/Quickbooks. Intuit and Quickbooks are two of the most recognizable names in the electronic financial industry, and with good reason. They have a proven track record of success in a wide variety of financial products, and this certainly extends to their offerings in their online payroll service, which is one of the best in the industry.
One of the things that years of experience and design expertise brings you with Intuit Quickbooks is one of the best interfaces available. The user interface is very attractive and easy to figure out, even for people with less experience with online payroll services. While that lands easily in the pro column, the major con to Intuit Quickbooks is that it is currently limited to US currency when administering online payroll services.
When it comes to cost, the Intuit offering is slightly more expensive than some of the competing products, with a monthly fee of $79 per month at the time of this review as assessed against a ten employee payroll. However, there is not setup fee involved with the use of this product. Overall, you get what you pay for, and while the fees might be higher than some other options, you’re also getting access to a reliable, polished service from a company that you know you can count on.
Consumer Reviews:
“I'm a first time user of any Quickbooks products. Quickbooks Online cloud environment has a very easy UI/UX and is accessible from anywhere, unlike their previous desktop versions who's licenses would only allow installation on a few desktops. Data extraction into excel is terrific.” – Christopher G.
